We’ve added frankincense hydrosol to our line because of the power of frankincense on our skin and our senses. Like our other hydrosols, frankincense hydrosol serves as a pH balancer, gentle yet powerful toner, serum and moisturizer enhancer, and a revitalizer of our skin. What sets it apart is its grounding, woodsy, resin rich scent. 
This hydrosol pairs beautifully with our shea and mango moisturizer, especially during the winter months when our skin is especially dehydrated. 
Our frankincense hydrosol is water-steam distilled in the United States from organic, fair trade Boswellia carterii.
 
SCIENCE BEHIND IT 
This hydrosol balances our pH, acts as a gentle toner, contains antioxidants, and provides anti-inflammatory effects to our skin and even lungs when breathed in. The resin, which is what you will smell in this crisp, woodsy hydrosol, helps to reawaken and rejuvenate skin which is what makes it such a wonderful addition to your winter skincare routine.
